1.Definitions
- “Astra” or “we”: Watar Technology, owner of the brand and operator of the service.
- “Service”: the website, web platform, and mobile apps.
- “Organization”: the entity that creates an Astra account and invites its members.
- “User”: anyone using the service, in any role.
- “Content”: projects, tasks, messages, and files users add.
- “Plan”: the subscription level and the features it includes.
2.Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. Anyone creating an account on behalf of an organization confirms they are authorized to do so.
3.Accounts and roles
- Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in details confidential.
- The organization’s Admin invites members and sets their roles: Admin, Manager, or User.
- The organization is responsible for its members’ use and for the clients it invites.
4.Free trial
The trial lasts 30 days on the Business plan. If the organization does not subscribe to a paid plan before it ends, the account moves to the Free plan.
Because the Free plan is for one user, the Admin stays on it, other members lose access with their data kept, and their access returns as soon as the organization subscribes.
5.Plans, prices, and payment
- Prices are in Saudi riyals per user license, as shown on the Pricing page.
- Billing is monthly or yearly, as the organization chooses.
- Subscribing to a paid plan requires adding a payment method.
- Payment methods: mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before it.
- We notify organizations of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it never applies to a period already paid.
- The Enterprise plan is governed by a separate agreement that sets its price and scope.
6.Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and refunds
- Upgrades apply right away, and the difference is prorated for the rest of the period.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and features stay available until then.
- No partial refunds for the rest of a period after cancelling, except where the law requires. Legal review
7.Ownership of content
Content added by the organization and its users belongs to the organization. Astra may use it only as needed to operate the service. Legal review
8.Acceptable use
Users agree not to use the service for:
- anything that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- attempting to access accounts or data without permission.
- uploading malicious software or content that infringes others’ rights.
- reselling or copying the service without written agreement.
- loading the service in a way that disrupts it for others.
9.The AI assistant
The assistant provides answers to help, and some answers may need checking. Users remain responsible for the decisions they make.
10.Astra’s intellectual property
The Astra name, logo, service design, and software belong to Watar Technology. A subscription grants no rights in them beyond the right to use the service under these terms. For Enterprise, the agreement sets the limits of the white-label license.
11.Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times. It may pause temporarily for maintenance, with notice where possible.
12.Suspension and termination
- Astra may suspend an account for breach of these terms or non-payment, after notifying the organization where possible. Legal review
- After termination, the Admin can export the organization’s data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
13.Limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. Astra’s liability will not exceed the amounts the organization paid in the twelve months before the claim, and excludes indirect damages. Legal review
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Legal review
15.Changes to these terms
We publish any change on this page with its date, and notify organizations of significant changes 30 days before they take effect.
